Responsibilities of the Organization:
To ensure the success of the Spirit Night fundraiser, we kindly request the following from your organization:
Design and Provide the Donation Box:
Create and deliver a visually appealing donation box that embodies the elegance of your organization. The design should facilitate easy receipt deposits from guests.
Promote the Event:
Assist in raising awareness by distributing event flyers and sharing details about the fundraiser within your community and network.
Encourage Participation:
Engage your members and supporters to attend the event, highlighting the significance of their participation in supporting your organization.
Our Commitment:
We will donate 10% of sales (excluding alcohol) collected in the donation box from 4 PM to 9 PM to your organization.
